Anthony P. Sullivan

Building upon a successful career of over 30 years in the construction industry, Anthony offers a wealth of knowledge to Blue Water Construction, well versed in contract negotiations, project estimating, impending design complexities, document preparation, building code regulations and material purchasing. Throughout his career, Anthony has overseen and managed a multitude of projects included but not limited to, townhouse development, out of the ground construction, interior fit outs, hotel and numerous retail renovations. He has a verifiable track record for successful completion of multimillion-dollar projects through coordinating trade, developing partnerships and building positive rapports.

At Blue Water Construction Anthony directs and oversees the operations, safety and quality of the finished project while maintaining costs. His areas of expertise are in; budget analysis, organization and time management, safety and compliance management, estimating and job costing, construction planning and scheduling, permitting and building codes, quality management control, vendor and materials management, and critical path management.

Anthony finds joy attending Formula 1 events. He often goes mountain biking and is an avid practitioner in Judo. Anthony has a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
